Brett Helm
CEO
Brett Helm is a former United States Air Force officer and a prominent entrepreneur and investor. He served as a B-52 aviator during Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield, earning several commendations, including three Air Medals. Transitioning to the tech industry, Helm co-founded and led multiple innovative companies, including iPivot, which was acquired by Intel. He has invested in IPivot, Sanera Systems, Coradiant, DB CyberTech as well as multiple Venture Capital firms.

Randy Brem
VP, Sales
Randy Brem has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in computer, computer networking/switching and physical security technologies. He has held executive and sales management positions at Hewlett-Packard, SCO, Intel, Milestone Systems, Inc. and a variety of hi-tech start-ups in Silicon Valley and Southern California. Randy’s main expertise is the development of entire sales and marketing organizations for technology start up entities. Channels, direct sales and creation of initial revenue streams to $100 M + in revenues.
